Our Superblock Low Retention tips have a proprietary modified polypropylene surface that limits the adhesion of cells, rDNA, and other vicious materials. Their accuracy and precision is up to 10 times better with viscous samples than standard non-wet table polypropylene. Superblock tips are made from our own proprietary resin formulation that uses no additives or coatings that migrate into your samples. Unlike low retention tips from many others, Superblock tips use no restricted chemicals and meet RoHS regulations. These tips were developed in our own laboratory and have found to be ideal for viscous samples. Low binding tips are best suited for pipetting thick or sticky fluids and may not be appropriate for all uses.
